If you arrive more then 15 minutes past your appointment start time, you may need to reschedule and will be charged as a late cancellation.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment you will be charged 50% of the services total.
If you do not arrive to your confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment service total.
If you book the wrong service and we need to re-schedule, you will be charged as a no-show. Book a complimentary consultation to ensure booking accuracy.
